Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to CXBet's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the CXBet complaints process will be referred to the relevant regulatory body under CXBet's operating licence.
To place bets or access real-money games on CXBet, you must create a registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. CXBet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
No player under the age of 18 may register a CXBet account. CXBet will request identity documents as part of account verification and will close any account that cannot confirm the holder is 18 or older. Any funds in a closed underage account will be returned in full.
Each individual may hold a maximum of one CXBet account. If we detect that a single person has registered multiple accounts, all accounts will be reviewed. Bonus winnings generated on duplicate accounts will be forfeited and the accounts will be merged or closed at CXBet's discretion.
You must not provide false, misleading or incomplete information when registering. Providing incorrect details — including a name that does not match your bank account — can delay withdrawals and may trigger a fraud review. CXBet is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate player-provided information.
Your CXBet login credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone else. CXBet will not ask for your password by email, live chat or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact CXBet support immediately.
CXBet may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a bank statement or utility bill for address verification. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals suspended.

Withdrawal Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If the original deposit method is no longer available, contact CXBet support to arrange an alternative method with appropriate identity verification.
Important: CXBet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your CXBet account must match the name on the bank account or mobile wallet you are withdrawing to. Withdrawals that fail this check will be returned to your CXBet balance and the account may be flagged for review.
CXBet offers sports betting on cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi and a range of other sports. All bets are placed at the odds shown in the CXBet platform at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and the bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by the player or by CXBet.
CXBet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without explanation. Reasons may include unusual betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, system errors in odds calculation, or risk management limits. Refused bets will have their stake returned immediately.
If CXBet publishes clearly incorrect odds — for example, Pakistan at 100.00 when the true market odds are 1.85 — CXBet reserves the right to cancel those bets and return the stakes. A palpable error is defined as an obvious and significant pricing mistake that no reasonable person would consider a genuine market price.
If a cricket or other sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that sport on CXBet. For T20 and ODI matches, a minimum number of overs must be bowled for match result bets to stand — see individual market rules within the platform for sport-specific thresholds.
CXBet's live in-play markets update continuously during matches. Bets placed during a connection outage or during a period when CXBet's data feed has a significant delay may be subject to additional review. CXBet is not liable for live betting decisions made on the basis of information the player obtained from a faster external source.
For accumulator bets, if one or more legs are voided due to abandonment or cancellation, the accumulator stands on the remaining legs at adjusted odds. If a single leg in a double is voided, the bet becomes a single at the remaining leg's odds.
CXBet offers a welcome bonus and various ongoing promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, plus the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
CXBet's welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus amount matches a percentage of the first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. The bonus must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal — the current wagering requirement is stated on the Promotions page at the time of registration.
All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. This means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 decimal or higher. Casino game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type.
All bonuses on CXBet have an expiry date. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 30 days of registration and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed are forfeited with no compensation.
CXBet monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, placing exclusively on very high-odds outcomes to meet wagering requirements, or withdrawing immediately after minimum wagering. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonus funds and any winnings derived from them forfeited.
Note: CXBet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform with reasonable notice where possible. Once wagering requirements on an active bonus have begun, the requirements will not be changed retroactively.

The crash multiplier for each round is generated before the round begins and can be verified by players using the seed values published after each round. CXBet expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:
Any attempt to bet on fixed outcomes, share insider information about sporting events, or participate in any form of sports corruption in connection with CXBet bets. CXBet cooperates fully with sporting integrity organisations and law enforcement agencies.
Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, connection errors or data feed delays to gain an unfair betting advantage. Any profits generated through system exploitation will be forfeited in full.
Using CXBet to deposit, circulate or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. CXBet has robust AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring in place and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets on CXBet is prohibited. All bets must be placed manually by a human player.
CXBet collects and processes personal data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on CXBet you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
CXBet uses your data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, regulatory compliance and — with your consent — marketing communications. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology. CXBet does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial advertising purposes.
Marketing Communications: If you opted in to marketing emails or SMS at registration, you can unsubscribe at any time by updating your notification preferences in your CXBet account settings or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not affect your account or your ability to place bets.
CXBet reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious financial activity, failure to complete KYC verification, submitting false registration information, a player's own self-exclusion request, or regulatory compliance requirements.
When an account is suspended for investigation, the player's balance is frozen but preserved. If the investigation concludes with no finding against the player, the account is reinstated and any frozen balance returned. If a breach is confirmed, CXBet reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and profits generated during the period of the breach. Genuine deposits (funds not generated from bonuses or voided bets) will always be returned to the player, regardless of the reason for account closure.
Players who wish to close their own CXBet account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are processed immediately with no penalty to the player's balance.
CXBet is not liable for losses arising from the player's own betting decisions. CXBet provides a platform and a set of rules — the decision to place any individual bet is always the player's alone. CXBet does not provide betting advice, tips or recommendations, and any third-party tips services are not affiliated with or endorsed by CXBet.
CXBet is also not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or service interruptions on the player's end. If a CXBet system error causes an incorrect bet settlement, CXBet will correct the settlement and adjust the account balance accordingly — this is the limit of CXBet's liability in such cases.
Dispute Process: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on CXBet, contact support within 30 days of the settlement date with your bet reference number. CXBet will review the bet against its official settlement records and respond within five business days. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory body under CXBet's operating licence.
CXBet is committed to providing a safe betting environment and takes the issue of problem gambling seriously. We believe betting should be enjoyable entertainment — not a financial strategy or a source of stress. When material changes are made, CXBet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor changes — such as clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights — CXBet may update the terms without advance notice, updating the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of CXBet after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
